UPDATE Indonesia New Regulations 2015

The Indonesian Government has repeal some regulations and replace with new , V-Legal Furniture required for the process of customs clearance, These are should include the letter of the origin of materials from the supervisor.

V-Legal certificate depend to the customer require, if so then need confirmation before loading to the container.

This regulations effected on November 19th 2015.

" The Indonesian government has applied some new regulations for the export of certain goods, the goods of excavation C, such as palimanan white stone, random stone, stone tile, marble, pebbles and rattan on years 2013-2014 , wooden products such as furniture, molding goods, flooring etc. and certain handicraft of wood applied in 2015.

LS-rattan , LHV, ET and V-legal ( Endorsement ) document required for customs clearance process.

The cost of additional docs of the above will be apply accordance to the service used ( such as FCL, LCL or Air Freight Service )

This is done to prevent and reduce illegal logging and excavation that inflict an Indonesian financial loss.

These regulations set forth in the Regulation of the Minister of Trade of Indonesia No. 97 / M-DAG / PER / 12/2014
